FAQ

Account Issues & App FAQs

Accounts are most commonly locked after several consecutive incorrect password attempts, or when the system automatically applies a temporary lock for security reasons. Wait a few minutes first — in many cases the account unlocks on its own after 15–30 minutes.

If that doesn't work, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." A reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use it to set a new password.

If you're still having trouble with the reset — no OTP arriving or no email received — contact us via live chat Jet 12 Contact support. After verifying your identity, the support team will unlock your account directly — usually resolved within 10–15 minutes.

If the app won't open or you receive an update notification, try the following steps one by one:

1. If an update is required: Jet 12Visit the official website of - to download the latest APK (Android) or update via the App Store (iOS). Older versions may sometimes fail to connect to the server.

2. If the app crashes: Restart your phone, then clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Jet 12 → Clear Cache). If the problem continues, uninstall the app and reinstall it fresh.

3. Connectivity Issues: Try both WiFi and mobile data. If you have a VPN enabled, turn it off and try again.

If the issue persists, email [email protected] with your phone model and Android/iOS version.
